Yes! Type your domain name in signup form (Step 1) and choose the option 'I have a domain', MOKKIO will be configured for your domain.
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
No, There is no setup or even hidden fees for any of our plans.
Can I downgrade my MOKKIO plan?
Yes, You can downgrade or cancel MOKKIO any time from your account, if you have several websites in account you can apply this to selected websites on your account.
MOKKIO service by default is invoiced every 30 days. You can choose the discounted annual payment option and invoice will be generated once a year. After delivering the invoice to your contact email, billing system will charge your credit card.
Do I need to have a hosting account?
No, MOKKIO including all services in a plan fees, and no additional hosting services or servers are required.
What will be my first steps after sign-up?
You will receive account information by email and also the website.
Yes. According to our policy if you want to cancel, you can just process cancel request in your billing panel, refund will be processed automatically, no questions asking.

Should I setup MOKKIO after signing up?
MOKKIO is remotely hosted service which completely working on our platform. After your account activation you can start working. You don’t have to worry about installing, upgrading or maintaining any software.
